Oh, so since we don`t know, let me assume that Diesel stand isnt invisible just for the sake of a battle.

I think that Speedwagon would take this with high difficult, he have experience fighting characters closely and Diesel stand is literally a weak Hulk, who just punches, not to mention that 4th wall breaking could give him some kind of advantage just in case, no idea how it works really.
