A Jojo CRT, basically the hat is able to damage pre hamon jhonathan and pre hamon jhonathan still can tank Vampire dio atacks

This woll also give dio and jhonathan pre vampire powers and pre hamon keys

And Pre-Hamon Jonathan can't tank attacks from Dio, each time Dio hit him, it reduced his bones to dust (Dio even points out that he reduced his bones to dust but Jonathan refuses to let go, that's actually a supernatural will feat) or Dio was unironically ******* around, or Jonathan used something to block (like the iron pole).
Second, Pre-Hamon Jonathan is only 9-B. And early vampire Dio is unknown, the High 8-C Dio is after he powered up drastically by eating numerous innocents. Jonathan in no way scales to this and Dio himself doesn't even scale to this before that point.

Best case is you scale initial Dio to the fodder stone mask who is 9-A, and then Speedwagon's hat to that via cutting damage (it'd be at most fyi given it'd be downscaling), but that's still below Harley oddly enough.
