Esdeath upgrade

The issue the Small Country level Esdeath is that Perp has factored in other factors, such as the ocean being frozen, as well as assuming that a thunderstorm was created.

We were shown none of these above factors in the pages where Esdeath performed the attack. The only that that was shown was a giant crystallized dome of ice up in the sky, and a blizzard being created, which is due to the temperature of the atmosphere being lowered.

That said, I am still rather unsure about having Esdeath to Small City level physically, considering that Akame actually traded blows and survived Esdeath's onslaught. Let's wait for more people to chime in here.

Mmmm.....alright, fair enough. Well weather we use Perp's version or your's, Esdeath would land in 6-B (well Low 6-B to be exact on Perp's calc but i was saying it "braodly") either way but okay.

That may be troubling to have there on the physical part.

It says so on her profile, she loves prolonging her fights. And her overwhelming power allows her to do that. So physically Small City makes sense.
