depends, strongest armor (City level), or city level+, erza dies, but if 7-B+ erza survives

how does that stop radiation?

Radiation isn't some magic that ignore durability, lead can block it 'caus it's dense and for a armor that thin to be 7-B it would be denser than anything on earth, or if it's some sort of a magic shield, it may not have the gap between atom that lets the radiation in. Then again I got no idea how magic work in this verse. Also the inverse cube law is a thing so couldn't be hit with the full force of the bomb
