Eric Cartman VS Batman (Post Flashpoint)

Batman.

Far better experience, versatility and intelligence.

What if they do?

https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/Standard_Battle_Assumptions

Victory Conditions: Killing the opponent, removing the opponent from the battlefield for at least one month (BFR), knocking the opponent out for at least one hour, permanently incapacitating the opponent by putting him in a state in which he can not harm the other fighter(s) for over a month, are to be assumed as victory conditions.

Even with both as their 9-A Versions, I'd be embarassed for Batman if he can't knock out a kid well enough to prevent that kid from waking up in less than 1 hour.

Alternatively, maybe he has a means of keeping Eric BFR'd or unable to harm him for a month? Beat Eric, remove his equipment & lock him up? (Admittedly, unlawful incarceration, but Batman is known to be a vigilante.)

So long as Cartman's electricity manipulation or Toonforce can be removed from the equation, a nonlethal KO seems possible.

Or just hit him with a freeze pellet
