Enormous Downgrade to One Piece or just huge mistake of Oda?

So.. i found this in SBS,it stated that Soru is as fast as Shakushi(the move that Koru use) and in other SBS Oda stated that Sgakushi is only 56 mph .. so that make CP9 barely Supersonic.. although that doesnt make any sense AT ALL.

someone can help me understand?

Generally in issues like this authors intent isn't taken into account. So I don't see this as an issue

This is another case of the author's not knowing their own character's strength and speed.

Well if its just Author's statement then ─▒ could ignore but. Actually. Manga aprooved that too.

In latest events. Luffy and Zoro blitzed by an zoan user (Impala Man) who proclaim that his top speed is 200 km/h ... And he wasnt at his top speed so probably we saw something that 170 km/h speedblitzed Luffy and Zoro. So yeah that make a sense sadly.

If this doesnt enough then in this latest issues Zoro wasnt able to catch a little girl for 2 chapters who is running away just a several meters away from him.

One Piece never been a clean and organized verse when its comes to power scale and skills. Cuz the movement of the story and simple storytelling of Oda kinda overforce the physical attiributes of the verse. If Oda needs a fast pace then Characters can be fast if he aint then they're basicaly turtles.

So thats why we need to exclude fastest feats and slowest feats and just looking between these two edges. Lets take the average of the verse. But in this site people just want to look at the highest calcs ...

But in reality both Author's statements and the low feats that he created for his story kinda shows us. One Piece actualy never meant to be a hypersonic verse at all.
