Enel should be tier 4-C. (Massive One Piece upgrade)

Enel has the lightning devil fruit and a bolt of lightning is as hot as the sun, Zoro survived Enel's lightning therefore he should have Star level durability which scales to his AP aswell. Luffy has always been a bit stronger than Zoro therefore he should be high 4-C. Literally almost every character should be Star level even random fodders for not dying from Luffy's punches. This upgrade also compliments Lina's calc which showed that the one piece earth is several times bigger than our sun. This should also upgrade everyone's speed aswell, in my opinion most of them are light speed or close to it (Kizaru vs Rayleigh is a big example) and Yonkou may even be FTL. Post timeskip I would assume every relevent characters would be solar system level.

Enel should be High 3-A tbh. Because Kizaru should be High 3-A, as he can kick at the speed of light, a statement he made while he was in tangible form. This suggests that he can indeed move and fight at the speed of light, even in normal form. Because an object takes infinite energy to accelerate to lightspeed, Kizaru would be able to kick with infinite 3D power.

However, because the entire OP verse does not die from one of his kicks, this indicates that most of the verse will be upgraded to having High Universal durability, because they don't get one shot by his kicks. Because they're able to damage each other, now virtually the entire verse, through the miraculous power of powerscaling, is now High 3-A (For not dying to Luffy, who is High 3-A for being able to survive several kicks from Kizaru and affect people like the other Supernovas).

I'm sure we can make a calculation for Rayleigh intercepting Kizaru while he was in light form, and because people can keep up with people who can keep up with people who can keep up with him, we can get Massively FTL+ results through totally legit equations.

All of this is just Pre-Timeskip, of course. They're probably even higher, I'd personally root for them becoming Universe level+ myself.

ADDENDUM: Whitebeard's quakes are able to destroy the entire world. He is also the strongest man in the world. This world most likely refers to the entire Multiverse, which is mentioned in stories like this one and talked about in reddit posts like this one. This crossover is also entirely cano to the One Piece cosmology. Why? Because... why not?

As such, because the One Piece world is the size of a star (because a calc said so and you cannot deny the power of mathematics), it would be at least 4-C in durability (it's actually bigger than the Sun), but because it doesn't die in one hit from Whitebeard's sheer awesomeness, the planet is actually Multiverse level in durability.

Furthermore, this would make Whitebeard Multiverse level in Attack Potency and durability. Akainu could not die in one hit from his punches, and neither did Blackbeard, so they both scale to 2-B. Ace could burn Blackbeard using his flames, so that means he too, along with all the other WB commanders, would be 2-B. Because Luffy, Sabo, and Ace, are all best pals and are comparable to each other, they would all be Multiverse level. And, since no one dies from Luffy's punches, everyone in the Verse is now in Tier 2. Forget High 3-A, Tier 2 is where it's at. Even the Wiki's userbase said so, Tier 2 is best tier.
