Considering this is in the end The Ender Dragon could easily just pull back and heal whenever he needs to. He also has a much higher AP, so he should win.

Dragon out-ranges, out-heals and is pretty resistant to heat. Also Godzilla's size means the lingering effect of the Ender Acid will destroy him.

Godzilla's vastly superior size means his attacks while be far more encompassing than the Ender Dragon's, and it would also grant him the strength and durability advantage; he could simply crush the dragon in his hand if he grabs him.

I'm kind of sick of using size as an argument.

Both have calcs, and are relatively equal IIRC, Godzilla is 30 kilotons and Ender Dragon is 25. The gap isn't that big.

Size is also a disadvantage as Godzilla is a bigger target while the Dragon can evade and dodge better.

Size difference is a more important factor in a fight than you think. It's the exact reason why the Vastatosaurus vs Tyrannosaurus thread got closed. And considering Godzilla has a history of reacting to and hitting much smaller jets/planes, he would be able to tag and hit the Dragon as well.

The problem is that sheer size is literally the main reasons for both the Vastatausarus' and the T-rex's AP. It's not the case for either here.
