While Nora can just hammer-slam him after getting a massive amp from his electricity

Yeah, after the hammer she slams into him breaks his skull.

That's true, although he typically starts with his electrical powers, at which point Nora would already outclass him physically since that would activate her aura.
Tesla has flight over Nora, which helps, but she still has her ranged rockets, not all of which use Electricity Dust that could give Nikolai the edge he needs to fight her physically.
Even then there's the issue of skill, as while Nikolai is a genius he isn't very combat-savvy and certainly not near Nora in that regard.

That I can't deny. Nikola sorta gets circumstancially ****** right off the bat. After that he can feasibly duke it out but Nora probably just amps herself into oblivion with his own electricity and clobbers him.
