Ok so Eldrad can outskill Ahriman in combat since he outskill Abaddon. Both of them have insane Precognition but Eldrad's is superior, it doesn't really matter though. Eldrad has more raw power, he's an Alpha Plus Level Psyker. Both of them resist each-others abilities though Ahriman does have some insane Power Nullification which worked on Yncarne.

I would say Ahriman for the fact that he can summon Daemons and Thousand Sons who are all formidable in their own right. Ahriman himself was winning a war against the Eldar which included Eldrad. The only reason he "lost" was because he got ****** over psychologically. So basically since Ahriman can summon his own army from the Warp he has a high chance of winning. In actual canon Eldrad has been occupied with Ahriman's army before. Then Ahriman can throw him into the same void he did for Yvraine and Yncarne then **** him over,
