Hmmm.... Tough one. But my money is on Eldrad for verastility, although Mickey's toonforce is a good advantage on his part.

I'd go with Eldrad too considering that he can "see future events with almost 100% certainty before they happen with Divination". I'm not sure how Mickey can combat that. Plus the reality warping, molecular manipulation, probability manipulation... Mickey is good, but not that good.
