I wouldn’t say Mickey has the best aim, since every person he shot was stationary and didn’t expect to be shot at/wasn’t going to fight back. And since speed is unqualized, Mickey can’t run away from the thing if it gets too close since he moves at five miles per hour, and his running speed is only slightly faster than that. What can Michael Theodore even do here?
