That's for cases where brigading is noticed and reported. It's determined by votes unless there's some conflict/drama surrounding it. That part about constructive arguments was about how to count whether a vote is an actual vote. Someone just saying "Shinobu wins!" without any arguments would get disregarded, unless they reference another post describing arguments.

Shadow intang is still under elemental intangibility. And hitting someone on conceptual level should bypass that quite easily.

That's an interesting system so along with your arguments just say I vote for shinobu because of x reasons seems inefficient for the mods

Not really. Mods don't tend to add these matches to profiles themselves. Mods get involved when issues are reported to them, or when they happen to notice it themselves in threads they're interested in.

It's kinda obvious if 7 people vote for a character while giving no arguments.

I mean, her sword can kill Eiji, but she need to get lucky with the hit in order to kill him. She need to kill a very specific part inside of his body that she doesn't know about and only 1/10 of them will actually make it stick.

While only a few hit or even one hit from Eiji alone would just end her right then and there due to Putotyra bullshit.
