So I wait for other users' comments.
But I think this battle would be better in bloodthirsty.
My Opinion, DMS Kakashi resists all effects of TSB with six path chakra. This key of Juubito shouldn't have access to Kamui. DMS Kakashi wins with Kamui. (spatial manipulation, durability, negation, BFR, dimensional travel.)

Kakashi has no Regen Negation though. Obito can regenerate basically any wounds. Even something like Kamui Raikiri won't do anything.
