Of course, FC/OC isn't the only place one can post characters from things like this as Ryu's wikia is yet another option that they can choose.

It's really just up to them on where they go to.

@Riiingo: I'm the owner of FC/OC. The fact that i have (albeit only jsut 2) profiles there mean i allow them.

I just literally said also that people can go to Ryu's JBW instead if they prefer. I didn't say that profiles like these aren't allowed on MY WIKIA.

FC/OC is a place for Fan and Original characters, regardless of if it's made by the users themselves or of other workds like this of DBM.
