Dragon Ball and Space Survival

Meh, they were already dead to start with
Vegeta (Toei), Nappa Toei), Bardock (Toei) have shown to have Space Survival. Goku (Toei) should have it too.

If they were already dead, then they will just get up and die. As we seen, with that filler episode on King Kai planet with the Z fighters vs Gynyu Force. Moreover, that did not happen so they have Space Survival same with the deities.

and the otherworld is a weird place that doesn't really abide to conventional laws.
I think you are thinking way too hard for something so simple.

We have already established in another CRT (linked in the previous page) how Toei Saiyan warrant only a "Limited Space Survival". But still, dead characters don't abide to the same rules are mortals, they don't age, they don't need to rest, they likely don't need nutrition either, so they probably don't need to breath as well. Also, just because a dimension displays a starry sky it doesn't mean it is outer space, especially because we're talking about Otherworld were concepts like gravity, atmosphere etc... are "adjusted".

Jaco: A space suit was mentioned for him, does anyone have showings of it?
About Jaco not sure, but in the manga we see Merus disguised only by wearing a helmet while in space and he wears his usual duty clothes. But, he didn't use any other equipment that protected him from anything in space.

About Cold resistance is because it is said in DB that space is much colder than where Broly and Goku fought, said by Whis himself.

This wouldn't work for dragon ball for two reasons stated above

1) space in dragon ball is a lot colder on dragon ball than what that page described, as its colder then the artic region they fought broly in
Why are we giving characters resistance to Extreme Cold due to these reasons?

The reason Space Survival gives only minor resistance to temperature manipulation is not because they deny the space is cold, but because heat loss is pretty difficult happen in space.

Dragon Ball's space being colder than the artic is not something exclusive of Dragon Ball. Our very world's outer space's temperature is near to absolute zero, lower than the lowest temperature ever recorded on Earth.

We are giving resistance to Extreme Cold because "Outer Space is colder than the Artic" in DB… but that's the case irl and pretty sure in most if not all fiction, and it is not enough to warrant resistance to Extreme Cold due to the reasoning the very ability page explains.

All in all, clarifying that DB outer space is colder than the Artic is meaningless, as every outer space is by default if they are like our world. It is not about the temperature what warrants or not resistance to Extreme Cold while being in outer space, but about heat loss. And, as the very ability page explains, even if Outer Space is cold (colder than the Artic, colder than whatever on Earth) heat loss is not produced.

Wait a minute, body heat is an innate characteristic that a person has. Doesn't this mean that body heat keeps the cold temperatures in the arctic and outer space the same because body heat does not stop being produced? Even when Whis explains to Bulma, when Bulma asks why Whis doesn't feel cold, because outer space is colder. How could he know this, if his body heat was helping to reduce the cold he was experiencing?

The short explanation is that heat is transfered through air, and in space it can only transfer through radiations and such, at a much slower pace, so you wouldn't immediately feel the cold like on Earth, where the process of heat loss is much more rapid.

I believe the idea would be that DB considers space as just a cold place, giving that hint of "verse rules" that warrant the stranding from real logic. It could be like those verses where characters instantly freeze.
In short, I think we make exceptions for verses which explicitly contradict the rules of real life.
