Dracula (Castlevania) vs Pennywise

I've been wanting to discuss this one for a while now, I'm just hoping its not a stomp match.

Speed is equalised, both are low 2-C.

Dracula - 10

Pennywise - 5

Incon - 0
 
Okay, I've done some thinking. Instead of Galactus how about we swap him out for Pennywise and low 2-C both him and Dracula?
 
Dracula's castle which is one with his body and soul, passivley corrupts minds and he has resistance to it. along with fact arguably his soul and mind are one, seeing after each reincarnation, victim inherites his soul and memories. so i doubt pennywise mind hax works on him. also some fodder monsters of his castle have madness manip and not only Dracula has resistance to it but surpasses them by far too.

Just doing a small bump, Zach I can't see Pennywise having time travel or time manip anywhere on his profile. Did he ever use it?
 
Bump, Zach you've still not answered my question. Would like to ask how Pennywise could attack Drac in the past if he don't got time travel on his profile.

Well Drac has win conditions tbf, the fact that Pennywise has no real resistences to things seems like something. Drac can neg regen up to his level so Pennywise ain't walking it off if Drac slaps him, though Pennywise has got that sanic speed it seems.

Also I checked Pennywise's profile again, should we take Pennywise out of the deadlights for this fight? I assumed he was placed in there for his second key but based off his Ben 10 match you can take him out of there and he's still low 2-C.
 
He embodies Chaos so to say he'd be affected by madness manipulation that affects humans would be asinine.

I'm reading Dark Tower right now but I haven't came across Pennywise if he's even in the original books so how does his type 9 work? Maybe get knowlegable members to comment on how his abilities work and how potent they are. Acausality Type 4 may be a good advantage depending on how it works.

Maybe Drac could erase him if his range is Low 2-C.

His profile states "Low Multiversal with his abilities (Can reach into parallel dimensions, planes of existence and realities)"
