Hilariously enough Widow might be able to surprise Kondraki and take him out while using Thermal Vision. I'm going to lean Widow for now, as her infra-goggles are a hard counter to Kondraki's illusions and her grappling hooks gives her enough mobility to evade the butterflies to get a clear shot. If Kondraki realizes he's being hunted by a Sniper he might try and find actual cover, and with his intelligence he might notice Widow's goggles and try and take alternative routes, but I feel more times that not she'll head shot him with better firearms skills and infra-vision before he can start harassing her proper.

Questions. Can Kondraki survive a shot from Widow

If yes Kondraki can just burn the entire battlefeild with with SCP-295-1 than the battle starts .Keep in mind that Widow's goggles works with heat signaturs . Thats mean Konny can diappear without any problam

But this option depends on the distence between them

@Dargoo Widow's goggles arent always using thermal vision actually, its a specific setting she'd have to turn on but she doesnt lead with it, she just leads with her normal zoom function albeit she has a motion tracker.

Also, getting a blinding camera flashed at you through the concentrated area of a zoomed in sniper scope is gonna give Widow some serious eye damage

Although Widow has taken worse, for example, the Ana comic where Ana shot her scope and Widow pretty much brushed it off and shot Ana in the eye.

Kondraki is comparable to 682. Who is near doomfist and reinhardt(In his in terms of AP. So that leads me to believe that kondraki could survive AT LEAST two doomfist punches and two reinhard charges. Widowmaker's shots do just as much as a doomfist punch in-game. So to answer your question, Yes. Kondraki should be able to survive a headshot.

Ach, forgot about the Camera. He can even turn the flash on and leave it on, making any attempt to focus him with a scope potentially damaging to the eyes. There's also the issue of illusions that can change Widow's view of the entire landscape, so yeah.
