Downgrade SPC-682 to High 3-A?

Should we downgrade SPC-682 to High 3-A since it can only affect the universe it exists in when it dies? Low 2-C would mean he could affect other universes as well.

? Low 2-C is only affecting one universe, 2-C is affecting multiple universes.

3-A would probably be more appropriate for the character since it only can survive universal attacks and can't destroy more than one universe. 2-C is probably reserved for beings that destroy universes and can survive from universal destruction.

No, Low 2-C is accurate as 682 also destroys time as well as the universe it inhabits. Low 2-C is only one universe, not sure why youre thinking its more than one...

Um...thats not how it works, like at all...2-C is characters that can destroy/create 2-1000 universes with space-time continuums, you can be 2-C and have building level durability you know.

Whis (Dragon ball super)

Ed, Edd and Eddy

Dark Schinder (Bastard!!)

Galactus (Marvel)

Omega Shenron (DB:GT)


Characters that can destroy multiple universes and are 2-C:

Zeno (Dragon ball super)

Fusion Zamasu (His eternal form was affecting the future timeline and present timeline, and Zeno had to destroy all 12 universes to defeat him)

Doctor Manhattan (Watchmen)

Dio Brando (With world over heaven)

Final form Demigra (Was stated to try and destroy all timelines and recreate a new world)

Final form Mira (Had the Toki-Toki egg, which was stated to contain a new timeline within it)


I don't see why SPC-682 shouldn't be 3-A when it can only destroy and survive one universe?

I...dont think you understand. Destroying a physical universe is 3-A, destroying the spacetime continuum of a universe is Low 2-C, destroying multiple space-time continuums is 2-C. 682 destroys the space-time continuum of the universe it inhabits when it dies, it would not survive.

Not only is Weekly right, but most of the characters you said can destroy multiple universes can't and are Low 2-C
