Dora vs Spongebob

Just gonna say: the justifications for her Nigh-Omnipresence are really bad. Being able to locate anything or go anywhere is not the same as occupying everywhere.
 
Yeah, that reasoning is really bad, I'd say it sounds more like precog or something like that or, at best, cosmic awareness.
 
Would using 10-C Spongebob be fair? He seems to have better abilities to compensate for an AP disadvantage.
 
Yeah, going with Spongebob. He is more experienced, more durable, and stronger, since he survived the destruction of Bikini Bottom, which is 4,702,625 Joules, while Dora is baseline for being calcless. Doras hax isnt even combat applicable after all, and even if it was, she sorta lacks common sense of not knowing what thing is here even though the thing is RIGHT BEHIND HER, so Spongebob has the intelligence as well.
 
Its not. It only helps her track down where Spongebob is via telling the audience, not nessesarily combat applicable.
 
It basically allows her to change fate of what she perceives, likely should fall as Fate manip instead now that I think about it...
 
Yeah. And I believe her slowing down time is likely an outlier since I just never recall that sort of thing. When she breaks the fourth wall, time seems pretty normal to me.

It isn´t an outlier if it´s done so commonly it leads to it being a potential side effect.

It only becomes noticeable when she wants to dodge, push or do something that doesn´t involve collecting stuff with the Blue Arrow or Swiper no Swiper.
 
Since both are in-character, SpongeBob would most likely start off with Bubble Manipulation. He blows 9-B bubbles that are strong enough to where Squidward couldn't get out of it. But then again wouldnt Class 10 lifting strength lolnope that?
 
Lifting strenght wouldn´t be valid for this case, Striking Strength is the one that should be taken in account for such thing, as bubbles are flexible, after all.

Dora can just summon something sharp with Backpack and pop it.
