Doomsday wins because he's more stronger and can adapt. He can also resist Luke's mind control because he did it before

If the dude could adapt to gain resistance to Martian Manhunter's mind hax, then he should be able to adapt to Luke's. Yeah, he did get mind controlled by weaker beings, but isn't that the entire point of Reactive Evolution? His resistance gets stronger afterwards, since he becomes increasingly resistant to things that he has survived.
