I'm not seeing any resistance to time manipulation on Doomguy's page, so I assume Bayo can just spam Witch Time and eventually overpower him.

He does resist magic, is bayo time manipulation magic in nature?

Her time manip is magic in nature but just resisting magic doesnt give you a blanket resistance to all magic-based abilities

his resistenece comes from resisting hax magic, so I think can be applied here

He would need an explicit resistance to time manipulating magic, and even then Bayo's time manip is layered, it can affect people who resist time manipulating magic

I mean, Witch Time is more than that, its layered time slow that bayo can manually layer again multiple times as well as amplifying her own speed

Passives such as...? Bayo could probably resist some of those passives after she gets her upcoming hax CRT if that ever happens. Isn't Doom 6D now anyways?

To clarify, Doon fate hax isn't make him instantly win the fight, it take a long as **** timeframe to win and he can still be incap or temporary killed at least

It is on his and Davoth profile, as he is prophesied destroyer he will destroy the Makyr race eventually no matter what across infinite possibities. However Davoth profile wrote directly that wherever this fate hax is combat applicable or not is unknown, since according the what was shown in the game, it take more than a year, probably century since it is unknown because the massive timeframe he fighting in Hell, then became the Slayer, fight Demon again, then how long he was sealed by the Demon under the sarcophagus, then wake up and fight until he destroy the Makyr
