Doom Eternal - Samuel Hayden's second key

It's been over six months so this shouldn't be very spoilerific. Samuel Hayden and Samur Maykr are the same person. However, Hayden's profile hasn't been updated to include a key for Samur. So I ask this: do we give him the same AP and abilities as the Khan Maykr, or do we evaluate what he can and is able to do separately?
