Lol. I'm not surprised that Yusuke is getting votes, but what shocks me is how: 1) I totally didn't realize that Doflamingo has no description for
Martial Arts under his profile in any ways (irrelevant for what I'm going to bring up), 2) That everyone here thinks that Awakening and Parasito being restricted is a major blow to Doflamingo's potential to win, or 3) that Doflamingo doesn't have any serious advantages over Yusuke without such abilities.
While Awakening is Doflamingo's most potent ability, he doesn't resort to it unless he's having a serious problem in a fight. And besides, Yusuke would be SCREWED if I gave Doflamingo this ability despite his AP advantage (via scaling, Luffy's technically 2x Yusuke's AP while in Gear 4th). The environmental advantage granted to Doflamingo from abilities like Everwhite are incredible. It would be unfair
Parasito speaks for itself, even though it wouldn't be a deciding factor since Yusuke can arguable break free from it. It would still be a hinderance. I guess
I will let Doffy have Parasito, but not Awakening.
Let's look at their statistics (I literally provided their profiles >:O):
Overall, Yusuke beats Doflamingo in straight-up statistics, except for Durability. I'll also go on to add that Yusuke is the more dedicated close-quarters fighter.
However, Doflamingo wields superior intelligence, and a power that would allow him to put his opponent as several disadvantages. For example, When he fought against Luffy, he used his threads to bind both of his arms together before ganging up on him with his Black Knight. Yusuke is still susceptible to tricks from the Ito-Ito no mi, even though I seriously doubt he'd be so easily restricted like Luffy was. Doflamingo never needed Parasito to physically inconvenience one of his opponents.
Now for the abilities:
Yusuke's the superior
physical combatant as stated, and has his Spirit Gun, which can reach over a few kilometers (I don't know why it says 1,000 meters... wot?) and various ways of
Statistics Amplification that might be superior to Doflamingo's Busoshoku Haki.
Both have the same level of Regen, so I wont bother with it.
Doflamingo has
Thread Manipulation (High-level, and they are super thin, which no one brought up),
Duplication (via Black Knight) to turn this into a 2v1,
Precognition (via Haki), Limited
Body Control (via using his threads to force his body to continue functioning after severe injury),
Flight (Sora no Michi), and to a lesser extent, has
Lead Bullets with his flint lock pistol (which carries more than one round, apparently lol), and limited
Fire Manipulation (via Overheat).
Obviously, Yusuke has a few moderate~major things going for him that can result in victory--but to say that Doflamingo is severely handicapped without the use of Awakening (And Parasito, which I will now restore) is pretty funny.
Also @Kinkiest - Yusuke's "Potential" is 2.6 Teratons. It's not from a feat. His strongest attack might as well do that much.
