Does Toppo have a legit Low 2-C feat or was he given that rating just through powerscaling?

Shaking the World of Void is technically a High 3-A feat; however, Jiren, Toppo, Goku, and Vegeta are all Low 2-C because they were stated to have surpassed Infinite Zamasu.

Btw in one of Goku and Vegeta's fights against Jiren, while in SSBE, Vegeta fired a Final Flash against Jiren and Jiren deflected it with his glare. Is that considered a Low 2-C feat?

Damn that guy is OP. What about when he overpowered SSBKKx20 Goku, SSBE Vegeta and Android 17's attacks at the same time with his aura? Does that mean his aura alone can deflect multiple massively above baseline Low 2-C attacks?

Lol I wonder if Grand Priest is the strongest fighter in the Multiverse. I know in the manga it says he is number one but in the anime it only says he is one of the 5 strongest.
