Can't they be a key for them e.g low 1C by boomtube amp as for the feat to be able to make the phantom zone seize to exist.

I’m not sure if that’s AP, hax or “DC revolves around Superman” that makes him a threat. You could probably use this to argue his speed to be high though. If you argue it’s AP it’s an outlier though since Manhattan scales above Mxy who is recently treated as being above the Monitor Sphere, the Source Wall and probably the Source as well.
