I have noticed the existence of Rokko Chan, a Mega Man-like game. I'm not sure if the characters from Rokko Chan are considered fan-made characters to the wiki since Rokko Chan may not meet the "ones appearing within fanfiction or works containing a sufficient amount of another piece of fiction's copyrighted material without official permission" standard.
