Does not being able to die from non-arterial bleeding qualify for Supernatural Willpower without additional context?

So in this game, enemies can die from bleeding because of their health going away slowly, but the players don't. Bleeding slowly takes away their health until they're at 1 HP, it doesn't go down after that. (Unlike arterial bleeding, which is guaranteed to kill you if you let your health go down entirely) So does this qualify for Supernatural Willpower or could it be something entirely different like a stamina feat?

It wouldn't count as Supernatural Willpower, or really any other ability unless a reason was given for it. It could just be chalked up to a game-making decision, similar to how Steve can't die from hunger in survival mode.
