Does making illusions capable of harming someone constitute as low form reality warping?

Was replaying Superstar saga. And when I engaged in battle with cackletta's soul. About halfway through. She created a "Illusion" of Fawful that spreadshot, Then laughed at me. I was just curious if this was reality warping or not. Thanks!
 
technically any power can be reality warping, though this would be a special case of illusion manipulation.
