Well i saw that water takes 200 times the atmospheric pressure to be compressed by 1%. Atmospheric pressure is 14.696psi meaning that it would take 2939.2psi to do that. thats tremendous force and that water looks to be a clear stream not spread out. just my thoughts.

It does look like it's compressed. I believe it wouldn't translate to AP, but in terms of the physics it would translate to his lifting strength of water (watever the psi it would take to compress multiplied by the water's final surface area should be the same as the force he can apply to lift water)
