I really need to get the High 1-B stuff for SCP re-looked at but if it High 1-B, then 682 just takes Doom over if he tries to take his powers
 
Doom's normal power absorption isn't High 1-B, that was with Galactus tech, which he got when he absorbed his powers

I don't see why temporal BFR wouldn't work, yeah.
 
I love Doctor Doom, but I think SCP-682 would win based off his Adaption and his Regenerationn. So my vote goes for SCP-682
