Here now.
Reading through Doom's stuff, the only things that could debatedly work on Nemesis here is Matter Manipulation, Transmutation, Physics Manipulation, Power Nullification, and Time Travel. All other stuff for Low 2-C Doom Nemesis either resists, has multiple counters for, or is just useless since beyblades aren't tech machines.
And even with this, as already mentioned by Blue, Nemesis's power replication hax would make it so that by taking Doom's abilities, it has access to the strength and abilities of every person (Low 2-C and under) that Doom has ever battled against, beginning to last. That said, we can ignore this for fairness sake. Matter Manipulation and Transmutation easily gets no-selled by Nemesis's own dark spirits from at least Legendary Blader tier beys (Each having Mid-Godly regen of their own so they'll still come back and I doubt Doom's matter manip would work on souls anyway), Passive and Active barriers too and thats only some of Nemesis's defenses. Physics Manip could be a threat, but assuming Nemesis wouldn't replicate it for itself, how effective would repealing laws of physics be? Power Nullification and Time Travel could be a threat, but assuming Nemesis doesn't replicate those for itself either, Nemesis has its own power nulling and for time travel Nemesis has pretty good lvl precog (seeing ahead thousands of years) so it would see time travel being pulled out and do something to stop it, such as just absorb Doom's soul (which he lacks resistance against) or Doom himself. Even then, Doom seemingly has nothing that can go against Mid-Godly regen (especially against over a dozen bey spirits who each have it and are all Low 2-C as well).
To make matters worse, with multiple means of power/energy absorbing (upscaled from L-Drago), power nulling and Invulnerability (from Phantom Orion, Quetzalcoatl and Libra), none of Dooms actual attacks will harm Nemesis in the slightest. Furthermore, Nemesis's endurance and stamina will absolutely murder Doom here. Having Limitless stamina will easily make Nemesis outlast Doom in a drawn out fight and Nemesis has multiple means of Stamina Absorbtion to further drain away at Dooms.
Overall, im voting Rago and Nemesis. Doom has little options with most of his stuff being counterable, resistable or flat out useless on something not technical. Doom definitely has 0 means of being able to outlast Nemesis as the fight drags on and Nemesis can make it worse with Stamina Absorption. Doom has no means of getting passed Mid-Godly regen with any of his haxes, with over a dozen opponents who each have it making it much more difficult. Nemesis has defenses that can no-sell at least a majority of what Doom has, and finally, once Nemesis uses its power replicating absorbtion hax, everything Doom has and much more will be granted to Nemesis, making it much stronger and even more hax versatile.
