Do we have calcs for destroying a Galaxy?

I've looked around, but I've found mostly stuff dealing with Solar Systems, Multiple Solar Systems and such. Do we have calculations for the destruction of a Galaxy. Doesn't matter the type of destruction or the specific Galaxy, it's mostly for reference.
