Speed doesn't really need to be equalized since Nadakhan is about to become MHS+, but ith Sub-Relativistic+ reactions, and both are faster than characters who can use natural lightning to attack, so they should be even in this category (even though the Djinn has higher reactions, it won't matter in the match).

As for the rest of the battle, Teridax mind-haxes and calls it a day.

... I mean, he normally leads with it, and would most certainly use it against such a haxed opponent. Both have mind reading and telepathy, but Nadakhan wouldn't start with it, While Teridax would.

AP doesn't really matter here since this is a battle of hax.

In conclusion, Teridax wins. Not a stomp, but still pretty decisive.

Well, Nadakhan has reality warping and a lot more Hax and Great Spirit Robot Teridax has fate, soul and death manipulation and he has power nullification and illusion and mind manipulation.
