It's a stomp. Discord can't just Snap GG, it can just Think GG.

Fixed it. Discord thinks way more often than he snaps to use his powers. He needs to only think and Beerus is an object.

Beerus has nothing thought based so he'd be slower regardless.

Won't help. There's still not enough time for Beerus since Hakai takes longer than thinking, and Discord consistently uses thinking more than snapping.
