Well, not all dura neg is created equal, and the few profiles that have it list it as "Limited Durability Negation"

But anyway, this is what probably happens.

Realistically speaking Dio would punch him, go "yo damn he's tough", and depending on his wants, infect him with his cells, drain his life force, etc. If, Sukuna makes any action after the fact, which, Dio would know (he should be a slave that wouldnt act at all, dead, etc), the instant he does anything Dio would hear it, react and time stop into alternatives.

Your points don’t support what you said. Its Saitama simply having durable organs stated as fact. You have to prove Sukuna’s on a tier high enough his organs are built different to withstand The World crushing them. If anything the fact Sukuna and Gojo can damage their brain with no physical effects present would mean it isn’t taking much ce to damage their brain. And Dio has class m ls and I believe he scales higher.

To put it into perspective, humans have an around 1000x AP advantage to flies, Sukuna here is x100 more than that to Dio.
Organs sorta have to be at least somewhat comparable to the skin otherwise any attack from someone similar in strength would be lethal since the energy doesn't just dissipate at the flesh, it spreads throughout the body (Also liver shots and the like exist).

There's a reason why damaging internal organs with shock waves is treated as Limited Durability Negation, it will certainly hurt more and cause more damage, but it's not something that will allow you to "turn to mush the organs" of opponents comparable or even stronger than you.

LS by itself (At least when it comes to crushing) won't help him overcome the AP gap. Since crushing involves pushing mechanics, and so on.

And like, this is all kinda irrelevant since Dio never goes for an phase organ attack or anything of that sorts, and has 10 different others ways to dura neg

Doesn't seem to be the case for JJK. Their bodies are protected heavily by the curse energy running through their body, I'd say that causes significantly less energy to spread through the body and we have Yuji, Maki, and Toji being physically the strongest, meaning the body is normally not strong without ce. Also I forgot the other aspect of this argument til now, Sukuna's gonna be in time stop so he can't reinforce himself while in it, making his body weaker.
