i think all of us are forgeting that while they both can time stop, dio can stop time for 5 seconds but hit can only stop time for 0.5 seconds. if anything dio has the advantage by 4.5 seconds. if we are talking about dio where he can stop time for 9 seconds then theres no way hit has a chance.
