Just.. why? This match isn´t even fitting at all leaving the stomp part at a side.

@Kurokami Usually, we make matches with characters of the same tier, this aims to not have one of them one-shot the other, and even them we equalize speed as it may give an invincible advantage to one of them. In the occasions we don't put up 2 characters of the same tier they are still able to bring an apparently even fight due to the weaker character having powers that ignore durability. DIO can technically do that here if he acts out-of-character but this isn't remotely enough to make the match fair. In fact, he doesn't even have a win-condition, his Multiversal versio didn't due to IG Thanos' insane Precognition.
