AP doesn't really matter here since Klarion messes around in character and Dio already couldn't kill Klarion due to Low Godly.
Main way DIO wins here is figuring out about Klarion's anchor and killing that. His anchor should only be 9-A at most since his best feat is stomping Superboy while amped, and was knocked out by an indirect blast from a casual Dr. Fate that was also using a host with no real magical talent

Klarion had a large mound of dirt thrown at him while Teekl was on his shoulder.
Sort of baseless since we don't know if Klarion shielded Teekl or not.
Teekl's best dura feat is an indirect casual blast from a Fate that was using a magic inept non believer as a host. He also fought Superboy while amplified and kinda stomped him (A 9-A)
Even if you give him 7-C dura Dio still has freezing to kill Teekl

Depends on how Klarion reacts to his time stops, he'll very likely toy with DIO since he can regenerate and that's what he did to Vandal
