But yeah there's also the pressure and well... many more. But with Dio's downgrade he shouldn't be able to harm Ragyo

He can freeze her and just shatter it. I'm not sure if she can heal from being shattered

Dio's only change of victory is Vaporization Freezing, and:

- It is unclear as to whether or not that would work on Ragyo, due to her being made of life fibers. Also, she could possibly regenerate anyways.

- Vaporization Freezing is a fairly risky attack that freezes Dio's own limbs, leaving them vulnerable as well.

My vote's on Ragyo.

Wouldn't it be a natural ability to do so too? But yeah siding with Ragyo here as long as no Heaven Dio

well given the information ragyo has better chances, it also depends if they are in character and to a lesser extent the terrain of battle.

i don't know to much about dio though only on act 2 atm

I like Dio but on earth I think he has a fair chance but in space he is pretty much screwed
