The two biggest bastards in Shonen anime duke it out. They also happen to be vampires (well, Ragyo is a Life Fibers-enhanced human but Life Fibers are like vampires since they feed on blood so she technically is one)

Round 1: Base ragyo

Round 2: Ragyo has Shinra-Koketsu

Dio Brando has The World in both rounds.

Kind of like it. There was a thread we had where it questioned the use of where Time Stop Accumalitive damage came from. Needless to say, just about everyone there agreed and decided to take them out.

Round 1 goes to Dio in my opinion Round 2 Duno Actually he can also freeze objects so he might be able to freeze her. Also he might hypnotize her so he can drain her

Eh, round 1 could probably go either way. On Dio's profile it says he can only freeze organic tissue, so if that's wrong someone shoud probably change it. And about the hypnosis, Ragyo can hypnotize prople too.

Well the vampire point is null but she has to sew life fibers to Dio's brain. So as long as Dio either doges or stops time he can't be controlled

Not really, she was able to use mind stitching on the students of Honnouji Academy and even Ryuko remotely.

Forgot about that haven't watch Kill la Kill in a while. Question what can Ragyo do that can pose a threat to Dio other than the mind control

Well Ragyo does have the advantage of flight, and her regen is arguably better that Dio's in that she can only be permanently damaged through specific means (Cutting from both sides simultaneously). Can Dio die from Vaporization Freezing?

As long as his brain is still intact he will keep coming back. Also Dio can teleport and I think he can just send The World to attack her if she is flying also he can hit her with his Space Ripper Stingy Eyes

If there in character Ragyo will want to taunt him then do that and Dio can just use The World to stop time and doge them seeing as you need the power to stop time to resist The world

the world works for like 5 seconds and has a range of like 10m max, ragyo can just carpet bomb from space and she wins,

she did fly into space when she and ryuiko fought

Actually a maximum of 11 seconds and if he drinks the blood of a powerful person it increases his time and it's stated that he his range is all the way into space

Time stop range is universal. The duration increased only with Joseph's blood, because it let him take full control of Jonathan's body due to being the blood of a Joestar.

The World's attack range is quite limited, and it gets weaker the further away it is from Dio, but the time stop is universal in scale, as stated by Araki.

knifes or he might be able to send The world to get her. That all I can think of there might be another way I'm going to keep looking

^ yeah but she has like super high regen, he needs to hit her like a lot to kill her. doubt he could throw a knife that high though.

Once Ragyo gets into orbit, Dio has no way to hit her that would actually do anything. He can't send the World that far away from him. He could POTENTIALLY hit her with Space Ripper Stingy Eyes, but that would be pointless due to her far better durability.

That's true but two things can go down one is that she most likely won't go to space because she likes to dominate her opponents and the second one is that if he can use The world and stop time he can get The Word to carry him to space or he can just send The world to punch her into the sun

You are REALLY overestimating Dio's capabilities. He doesn't have the travel speed to make it to space in time anyways.

Ragyo's durability is way higher than anything he can put out, so. He wouldn't really move her at all with his attacks.

Debatable. There's no evidence for or against it. He probably doesn't need to breathe, but that's far from the only problem he'd have to deal with in space, so.

Probably not Dio don't know if The World can. But half of this is if she goes into space. Dio might stop her while she is trying to go to space
