He's never shown to use plot manipulation offensively nor defensively in both his boss fights and playable moves. It's not passive, so I doubt he'll use it before Dimentio snaps.

Not before Dimentio literally just snaps his fingers. Which takes like a second.

Dimentio without the Chaos Heart doesn't really make a difference because hes as strong as the Chaos Heart even without it. Anyhow I don't know much about Animedude but I'll say what I know about Dimentio. He can only open with mindhax if the opponent is robotic, if he tries to do the floro sprouts he needs to either make a deal with the people he wants to sprout, or they need to be nearly dead, in which case it doesnt matter anyway. However with a snap of his fingers he can summon an explosion stronger than the void AND he can tank that explosion. Most people here probably already know about his clones, but we see him summon literally hundreds of clones and shove them in a room, so he probably could do something similar to confuse anim. Is Anim resistant to soul hax?
