In many Apocalymon sites it is Universal only with its suicidal technique, completely disregard its power to create an infinite dimension, almost destroy space-time just by existing, several mentions of it being able to destroy the Digital World in addition to creating a black hole greater than the milky way. All this is not used even with this being said in various sources, are sources that are not considered by many people.

It's not like somebody is wrong, just different rules for different websites. So I do not see sense in comparing the statuses on different sites, I could compare with the LP to say that Digimon is even more powerful, but I know that LP methods have different rules from here and so a comparison is meaningless. For me, you should only analyze each site individually without comparisons.
