-Diaboromon can absorb Time, Space, Matter and Reality....I guess?

-Tamers cast getting upgraded due to Megidramon

-MaloMyotismon/BelialVamdemon getting an upgrade to 2-C for his own feat. Adventure cast does not scale due to it being an outlier.

-Gankoomon keeping a dimension from collapsing.

Do you mean Diaboromon nearly destroying worlds? I think that's only physical worlds. I guess Diaboromon can get a "potentially 3-A" tier, reflecting how he can absorb universes over time.

Everything else seems to be in order. I guess everyone who scales off of Bancho gets Immeasurable lifting strength too.

I'm not sure if we have any guidelines on 'lower tier' sources yet, but from what I've read, the Drama CDs tend to have some major contradictions (or at least the Tamers ones do). Western adaptations of Digimon tend to have some weird stuff too. Like in the Magazine comic adaptation of the Wonderswan games, Monodramon actually quite severely injures Zeed.

About Arkadimon ... I just do not take into account those "most powerful Digimon" or "The biggest threat the Digital World ever had" because there are so many and the franchise is always updating itself that I really prefer to analyze Digimon with that title only until the moment of his apparitions, at any moment can something completely new arise (Let's remember how many times a Digimon was already called the strongest, we have everything from Mugendramon to Lucemon).
