Digimon/Appmon speed revision

The feat that put the Ultimate and God-level Appmon at Massively Hypersonic+ was recalculated at Relativistic and accepted here by me.

So all Digimon previously at MHS+ and Sub-Rel scale to this, with God-tier Appmon getting an "at least" due to being immensely superior and faster to Appmons that were already above this level.
 
Um... this would only affect Appmon.

Digimon is a separate continuity.

Otherwise okay.
