In an alternate universe, Giorno realizes time is speeding up at a drastic rate, he then pierces Gold Experience with the arrow for a second time, but by the time GER is activated, the universe is already resetting, protecting Giorno from the universal reset at the same moment where there is no universe to bring Giorno back to, GER sends Giorno into a brand new universe. GER deactivates upon entering the SBRverse. At this moment, Diego Brando is planning his assassination on Funny Valentine. Giorno appears in front of Diego, both are shocked by this, Giorno is reminded of the man in the photo when seeing Diego, and Diego sees Giorno as someone in his way, and prepares to fight. Giorno notices Diego is ready to battle, and summons Gold Experience.

Round 1: Speed Equalized, No GER

Round 2: Speed Equalized, No GER, Bloodlusted

Round 3: Speed Equalized, No GER, Diego has 10 generic dinosaurs, Bloodlusted

Bonus: AU Diego vs Giorno, No GER

Giorno - 2

Diego - 0

Giorno could always just gave Gold Experience punch the ground and turn the fragments into a barrier of living entities around him. That way, whenever Diego tries to break through, he's gonna feel the damage too. Same thing for the dinosaurs. In that case, Diego has no other options than to try and knock it down if he wants to win this. Plus Gold Experience should be able to best him in combat easily with its ability to accelerate one's perception of time.

For the first two rounds, I'll give it to Giorno with Low difficulty. Giorno can just chill within a barrier while Diego kills himself trying to break through. Even if he does manage to break through, he'll be so damaged that he won't be able to deal with Giorno as easily. Combine that with GE's ability to accelerate one's perception of time, and Diego doesn't really have any good options here.

For the third round, I'll still give it to Giorno with Mid difficulty, as by the time the dinosaurs break through (assuming that they can even do that), they'll all probably be dead, and Giorno's stand should be able to deal with Diego using his ability to accelerate one's perception of time, as mentioned above.

And the bonus round depends on if Diego can break through the barrier before his time stop ends.

So:

Round 1: Giorno with low difficulty

Round 2: Giorno with low difficulty

Round 3: Giorno with mid difficulty, because he actually has to try

Bonus round: Could go either way, depending on how much progress Diego can make within stopped time

Couldn't Diego potentially turn Gold Experience's creations into dinosaurs? They aren't stands, they're actually alive and real, which was noted by Koichi after his luggage was turned into a frog. Maybe Diego could turn any animals created by GE into dinosaurs, just maybe not plants

Doesn't he have to have the Dinosaurs bite them or something? In that case, he'll still take the damage.

Plus Scary Monsters, despite being more of a physical attribute, is still able to damage stands regardless.

But Gold Experience should still be able to best him in combat regardless.

Well....Diego could attack lightly enough for only a little damage to be reflected, not being biased, just trying to make this not seem like a stomp

Diego would have to know about Giorno's ability beforehand to try that.

I wouldn't call this a stomp, though. All Diego has to do is land one hit and Giorno's going to get infected, which in that case it would be a matter of time. The issue is whether or not Diego can land that before falling.

GE just needs to land one hit and make the fight extremely inconvenient for Diego, and Diego just needs to land one good hit and Giorno gets infected.

In that case I think Gold Experience would take it 6/10, maybe more.
