Diavolo is Giorno, Giorno is Diavolo

Rewinding time is a misinterpretation of what was happening. He rewinds actions, not time, and the very lowest you can low ball it is that he activation and perception is infinite speed since he activated his abilities in fully erased time, even if it did not move physically.

In the practice, it doesn't matter at all, like calling KC's power causality erase and not time erase. And it activates by just standing in front of GER and trying to harm Giorno, nothing manual.

Going by its Stand description and its own words, yes as long as the Stand is summoned.

I'm fine with that. If we saw its passive but he doesn't have infinite speed, that is a viable interpretation. That being said, i think Possibly infinite speed is a good middle ground

Giorno teleported when he activated GER, what skill would it be? besides that the wounds that the arrow and the blow of KC caused him disappeared instantly.

A wizard did it.

Seriously tho those powers have nothing to do with GER's ability, which is usually the case for extended powers Stands may have. Giorno could have just jumped away from Diavolo while the latter was punching GE's cocoon, which he did while thinking it was GE.

Should GER keep that energy projection? in the episode we get to see it better and it was acutally just him flicking a peeble at Diavolo.

also, GER should probably get levitatio since his screen time is so limited there's no counter feats/defined powerset.(and we also keep abilities Araki probably retconned like Giorno's damage reflection and a lot of stuff from Stardust crusaders)

The anime portrayal/interpretation is not canon to the manga, GER wrapping some rock on energy that turns stuff into animals takes more speculation than GER shoots energy that does that on its own. You would be removing Energy Projection for Energy Manipulation, which is more complex.

I already gave reasons to reject levitation some comments above.

1. But Giorno does that to mista's bullet in his fight against Cioccolata, twice even. Once when he shoots a bullet at a building and Giorno turns them into vines, and the second time after he kicked mista's bullet inside Cioccolata's skull and turns it into a beetle, in an even longer time span. (also, in theory, it's not much of a stretch to say that injecting life force onto stuff is some kind of energy manipulation.)

2.in part 3 Jotaro and Dio literally gain the power to glide and levitate around out of blue by having a lot of stand power, even when that has nothing to do with their stands. Not to mention the 1 fight size manipulation, super breath and super elasticity(star finger) from Star platinum.

Point is, GER is a requiem stand with very little showings on what it can do, the flight scene might have been just for impact or the climax of the requiem transformation, but, at this point it's not like that's the first time something like that happened.

1. Then he should have the power, and it is energy manipulation.

2. They don't, it was repeatedly shown that their perception of time was on a whole other level, and they needed to punch stuff to change direction and stay on in the air. SP's one time powers were how the Stands were going to be until Araki said "not like this." and stop making sh*t up for them.
