Why are they 5-B? I thought Lilith was only able to create Sanctuary with the Worldstone, I don't think they have the power to create worlds on their own.

or did they just used thw worldstone to hide Sanctuary

I replayed act IV and Tyrael says that Inarius and lilith used the worldstone to create Sanctuary. And Itherael also says that the nephalems are as strong as Uldyssian who we know had the power to destroy Senctuary. So 5-B rating seams fair.

sorry for necro, just want to point out, in another thread, its said even weakest angel can destroy sanctuary (planet-sized?) thousand times over. and the nephalem (possibly Diablo's rough equal) beat the strongest one. so 'at least 5-B' is quite accurate imo... maybe 5-A or 4-C if you want to be super generous XD

and someone's spear was forged in dying star, but that probably would just scale to durability of the spear itself. not that the spear have star-level AP. (just look at arrowverse's so-called 'dwarf star alloy')
