Dexter is aware of who the Zodiac is/what he's done
They start 10 meters away and out of each others line of sight
Battle takes place in Dexter's house

From what I can see, Dexter just outskills Zodiac. He's physically stronger, has the homefield and stealth advantage, has acrobatics, and will probably dominate in hand to hand with pressure points. Voting the Killer of Killers.

Counted. Although zodiac does have his gun which could be troublesome.
