Mahadev in his Parabrahman form is unworldy, exist beyond words, their meanings, cannot be defined and exist as unity of everything, is shapeless, formless, beyond time and everything else just being a maya with him being the ultimate truth, he is complete, unchanging, cannot be surpassed, never seen.

In this context he is coz of relation is being defined between Maya (worldly, illusive) and Paramsatya (Ultimate truth). Also, beyond definition is just same as not being able to be defined. They mean something.
